In honor of the Bill of Rights Day on December 15th we are sharing the winning work of The Judicial Learning Center's Bill of Rights Day celebration contest.

As part of their dedication to educating the public about our rights The Judicial Learning Center had a contest to celebrate our Bill of Rights. Students from Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin had the opportunity to create art and write essays about the Bill of Rights under the theme "The Importance of the Bill of Rights".
