Ex-nursing home worker allegedly had 3 elderly victims 18 years ago

Investigators and prosecutors haven’t said what led them to rape charges against a former Dayton nursing home worker accused this month of raping a non-verbal, bed-ridden Mason nursing home patient more than 18 years ago.

However, new court documents obtained by the Dayton Daily News allege the accused man told his girlfriend he committed the same crimes against two other women during the same time period.

The judge also slammed the company's medical directors for being "deceptive" under oath.
